It would be recalled that the lecturers in Nigeria’s public polytechnics have been on a nationwide strike since October 4 because of a series of unmet demands, and COEASU has been on industrial action since December 2013.
Wike said: "No government will be happy that students are roaming the street. We must promise what is practicable. Not just making promises without fulfilling them. Be rest assured that it will be resolved."
